Michael Pratt

Michael has more than twenty years’ experience in shell construction and tenant finish out on a wide variety of projects. He has proven himself to be very competent by demonstrating his technical know-how and knowledge of the commercial construction processes, his grasp of the details of the project, and his highly organized approach to managing a project. Michael is an excellent communicator who understands the needs of all parties on the project and works diligently to coordinate those needs. His dedication to customer satisfaction has earned him many commendations from multiple clients who value receiving a quality, hassle-free project.
He holds a degree in Construction Management, and has solid experience which includes field supervision, estimating, and project management. Michael is also Green Advantage certified and able to apply LEED principles to new or remodel projects.
Michael started in the Real Estate Industry after serving in the Army with The 101st Airborne, working under various trades learning “real world” skills and quickly becoming a Superintendent with several small construction companies.
Michael is currently a Partner at Cross Timbers Group in Dallas.
